The chief inspector of prisons has claimed that overcrowded jails are making Scotland a more dangerous place and warned that an additional 26 new prisons would need to be built each year to keep up with current trends.

Interesting enough, we have been seeing some of the weirdest moments in the technology industry recently. Just as Microsoft-Yahoo issues are roaming around the corner, we have a new entry to swirl things a bit more. Yahoo & Google at in a state of “testing waters” on jointly sharing advertisement spaces.
